Job Description

We are hiring a full-time AI Automation Engineer to focus exclusively on identifying and implementing AI-driven automations across WFS. This role is highly execution-oriented and centered on building practical AI agents and workflows that support day-to-day operations. You will work with established AI and automation platforms, including tools like OpenClaw, to deploy solutions that improve speed, consistency, and scalability across teams. Success in this role is measured by automations shipped, processes improved, and time saved. This position is open to candidates based in Latin America and is structured as a long-term, full-time engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and deploy AI agents to automate internal WFS workflows
  • Implement automations using established AI and integration tools
  • Maintain and optimize existing workflows for reliability and performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact automation use cases
  • Document workflows and automation logic clearly
  • Monitor automation outcomes and suggest improvements
