Job Description:

Our agentic process automation platform helps enterprises automate complex, decision-heavy processes that traditional automation can’t handle and GenAI can’t be trusted with. We enable organizations to scale operations, resist hallucinations, and bring end-to-end visibility and control to your most complex processes. Powered by a new kind of computing platform, Maisa combines AI-driven problem solving with programmatic execution, so every action is reliable, auditable, and built for enterprise scale. We're seeking an AI / Digital Worker Solutions Engineer or Automation Consultant to help our clients successfully implement and operate Digital Workers on Maisa's Studio platform. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with customers to identify automation opportunities, design and build Digital Workers, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions that transform their business processes. You'll combine AI prompting expertise, technical integration skills, and business process knowledge to deliver high-value automation solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities
  • Design and implement Digital Workers using maisa's Studio platform to address specific client use cases, developing effective AI prompting strategies that enable Digital Workers to execute tasks accurately and reliably
  • Configure API integrations and data connections to enable Digital Workers to interact with client systems
  • Build and refine Digital Workers through iterative development and testing, whilst documenting implementations and creating knowledge transfer materials for client teams
  • Onboard and train client teams on how to operate, monitor, and maintain their Digital Workers and provide technical troubleshooting and optimization support for deployed Digital Workers
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure Digital Workers are performing as expected and identify / implement opportunities to improve Digital Worker performance and capabilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor on AI automation best practices, supporting clients in scaling their Digital Worker implementations across additional use cases
  • Develop reusable solution components and templates to accelerate future implementations, documenting successful implementation patterns and contributing to internal knowledge base
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform based on client needs, contributing feature feedback and expertise in AI prompting techniques
  • Share insights and learnings with the broader solutions engineering team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable commercial and technical experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of business process automation concepts and implementation approaches, ideally with RPA, BPM, or workflow automation implementations experience
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering or designing LLM-based solutions
  • Familiarity with API integration standards, concepts and data connectivity approaches, across common enterprise software systems and data structures (ERP, CRM, etc)
  • Ability to understand and map client business processes to technical solutions
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English languages
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of common enterprise systems and data structures
  • Availability to travel to Client's on site locations or other events
