Job Description:

We're looking for an AI & Automations Analyst to build the automation infrastructure that makes Bolt Food's Central Operations meaningfully more efficient across all 16+ markets in Europe and Africa. You'll diagnose where the highest-effort manual work lives, build the automations to eliminate it, and use AI tooling to run analyses that would otherwise take days or not happen at all.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, automation, or analytics where you were hands-on building workflows AND running analysis, ideally in a marketplace, logistics, or tech-forward environment
  • Deep, hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • Strong working knowledge of AI and LLM tooling, with real examples of operational deployment: classification, extraction, summarisation, or anomaly detection
  • Strong SQL skills and analytical instincts
  • Builder's mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
