Job Description

As an AI Architect, you will design, develop, and implement innovative and scalable AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with strategic goals and drive business value.

Job Responsibility

  • Architect scalable AI frameworks, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems
  • Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate AI applications
  • Manage the transition of AI models from development to production, ensuring reliability, retraining cycles, and operational excellence
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure, including containerized deployments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), microservices and serverless architectures
  • Work with advanced tools, including vector databases, cloud-native AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise LLM workflows
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure the adoption of the most effective tools and frameworks
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with organizational objectives
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable architectures
  • Oversee model performance monitoring and establish evaluation frameworks to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure AI solutions align with compliance, security, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
  • Demonstrated ability to scale AI models into production environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business impact
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of AI/GenAI deployment techniques and advanced architectures
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Polish
