Job Description:

As an AI Architect, you will design, develop, and implement innovative and scalable AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with strategic goals and drive business value.

Job Responsibility:

Architect scalable AI frameworks, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems
Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate AI applications
Manage the transition of AI models from development to production, ensuring reliability, retraining cycles, and operational excellence
Implement best practices for infrastructure, including containerized deployments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), microservices and serverless architectures
Work with advanced tools, including vector databases, cloud-native AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise LLM workflows
Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure the adoption of the most effective tools and frameworks
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with organizational objectives
Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable architectures
Oversee model performance monitoring and establish evaluation frameworks to identify areas for improvement
Ensure AI solutions align with compliance, security, and ethical standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
Demonstrated ability to scale AI models into production environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business impact
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
In-depth knowledge of AI/GenAI deployment techniques and advanced architectures
Fluent proficiency in both English and Polish
