Job Description

Help drive Notion’s business transformation efforts; be a strategic partner to internal stakeholders (primarily GTM, Finance and People teams) and prototype, validate and ship creative AI-driven solutions to multi-faceted problems that deliver measurable business impact

Job Responsibility

  • Work with stakeholders to discover opportunities from ambiguous problem statements and translate them into proofs-of-concepts
  • prototype end-to-end AI solutions from problem framing through data readiness, modeling, evaluation, and initial productization
  • create reusable components, tooling, and templates to accelerate future projects

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist or an equivalent role at a technology company
  • familiarity with ML/AI, LLMs in production systems
  • a high-level understanding of how business processes and systems work end to end
