Job Description:

Datawrkz is building practical, production-grade AI agents to transform how media planning, analytics, reporting, and operations are executed across the agency. We are seeking an Applied AI / Agentic Systems Lead to design, build, and scale these systems end-to-end. This is a hands-on role focused on real-world impact. You will not be conducting isolated research or building unused demos—your mission is to convert real agency workflows into reliable, trusted AI agents used daily by teams. You will collaborate closely with media planners, analysts, and leadership to deliver agentic workflows that drive measurable efficiency, accuracy, and quality improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Design and build single-purpose and multi-agent AI workflows
Break complex workflows into structured sub-agents with defined logic
Implement RAG using SOPs, best practices, media plans, and templates
Develop prompts, scoring systems, critics, and guardrails
Partner with internal teams to test, refine, and deploy agents
Standardize agent input/output schemas
Document agent behavior and human review requirements
Support the transition to multi-agent orchestration
Help design and scale a secure internal AI framework

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience building automation or internal tools, with relevant exposure to applied AI systems
Strong ability to translate business workflows into structured, logical systems
Hands-on experience working with modern LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) via APIs or tooling
Practical experience in: Prompt engineering and iteration
Retrieval-based systems (search, embeddings, document QA)
API integrations and data pipelines
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end: design → build → test → iterate
Clear communicator who can collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and rapidly incorporate feedback

Nice to have:

Exposure to adtech, martech, or agency workflows
Experience with no-code / low-code AI tools or orchestration frameworks
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Experience designing systems with human-in-the-loop review
