AI Analyst

You fast-track business performance by driving adoption, governance, and scaling of AI technologies, particularly Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft AI stack. You embed AI into day-to-day ways of working, improving output, decision making, and consistency across divisions. You deliver technical enablement through use cases, tooling, automation, configuration, rollout, optimisation, and workflow integration in partnership with IT. You lead people enablement through skills uplift, training, guidance, and adoption support. You identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases, develop pilots, track benefits, and transition solutions into business-as-usual. You ensure responsible AI usage through governance, compliance, and risk management. You drive innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring, assessing, and trialling new AI capabilities
