Job Description:

High-impact role shaping real AI adoption. Working with a well-backed investment firm in London hiring an AI-focused Engineer / Analyst to sit close to the business and drive how AI is actually used day-to-day. This isn’t a pure engineering role and it’s not ML research. It’s about identifying where AI adds value, building it, and getting it into production where people actually use it.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and shape AI use cases across the business
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand workflows and inefficiencies
  • Build POCs / prototypes and support production rollout
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across teams
  • Train end users and help embed AI into how people work

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years’ experience across engineering, product, or technical BA-type roles
  • 2–3 years working with AI / LLM / agentic tooling in a practical setting
  • Strong communication skills, able to work closely with non-technical users
  • Experience delivering solutions end-to-end, not just contributing in a silo
  • Financial services exposure (buy-side not required)
  • Microsoft .NET / C# or Python backgrounds are equally relevant
