Job Responsibility:

  • Develop core modules of the Manus Agent, driving practical applications of generative AI in real-world scenarios
  • Optimize Agent performance through prompt engineering, tool design, RAG, and Agent system architecture optimization
  • Validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping
  • Build evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
  • 1+ years of programming experience in a relevant language
  • Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards
  • Strong ownership mindset for your areas of responsibility
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about AI technology with a strong interest in exploring AI-powered development tools and understanding AI product design principles
  • Demonstrated interest in AI products and emerging technologies
  • Experience working in international, distributed teams
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical community involvement
