We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Adoption Lead to join our AI team. This hybrid role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business process analysis and cutting-edge AI enablement. You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration and leading the internal adoption of technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Gemini Enterprise. This role is split 50/50 between traditional business analysis and internal AI evangelism. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive AI literacy, promote the art of the possible, and ensure AI tools are embedded into everyday workflows to unlock productivity and innovation at scale. You will collaborate closely with the AI Team developers responsible for building solutions on top of Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Gemini Enterprise to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization and automation
Lead requirements gathering sessions and develop As-Is and To-Be process documentation
Translate business needs into functional specifications for AI solutions and integrations
Collaborate with the rest of the AI Team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture
Support project planning, scoping, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions
Champion the internal adoption of AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise) across business units
Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and enablement materials (videos, guides, demos)
Partner with executive leadership to promote top-down AI adoption strategies and cultural change
Act as a subject matter expert and first-line support for AI tools, addressing user questions and feedback
Monitor adoption metrics and identify blockers
Surface and prioritize high-value AI use cases and contribute to the internal AI roadmap
Foster a community of AI champions and internal advocates to scale adoption efforts
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or technology enablement roles
Proven experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, LLMs, and tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Gemini Enterprise
Experience designing and delivering training or change management programs
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience with prompt engineering, AI governance, or AI literacy initiatives
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and M365 admin tools
Background in organizational change management or enterprise training
Experience working with AI analytics dashboards (e.g., Copilot Analytics) to track adoption and impact
