Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Adoption and Change Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our Business Consulting division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Support digital transformation by coordinating multidisciplinary projects and managing all phases with precision
  • Lead assessment activities and design change management plans tailored to client needs
  • Develop adoption strategies and guide clients through the change journey
  • Define training formats and content, aligning learning initiatives with technologies and business processes
  • Facilitate service design workshops to drive engagement and innovation
  • Design internal communication strategies, from governance models to editorial planning
  • Plan and organize team activities to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting firms or companies, in roles related to HR, Communication, and/or Digital Transformation
  • Deep knowledge of processes and logic in at least one of the following areas: HR, internal communication/collaboration, digital business (e.g. commerce, CRM)
  • Manage complex digital projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Work on and/or manage technology-driven Change Management initiatives
  • Strong interest in organizational change and a willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Build empathetic relationships with top and middle management
  • Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills in managing time and activities
  • Act with proactivity, flexibility, and autonomy
  • Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Experience delivering training sessions in tech, HR, or collaboration-related topics
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Prosci, service design/design thinking, PMP/PMI, or agile frameworks
