The Global Digital Acceleration team within DGU is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an AI Acceleration & Transformation Lead Expert.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and drive high-impact digital transformation and AI initiatives across multiple business domains
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between executive stakeholders, business units, and technology teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence own and lead opportunity discovery activities, including business case development, problem framing, value assessment, and roadmap definition
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to proactively identify innovation and growth opportunities
  • Support senior leadership through clear, data-driven, and compelling executive presentations and strategic recommendations
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building innovation and transformation capabilities across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or management or other related fields
  • More than 6 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or business acceleration roles
  • Proven ability to identify and shape new initiatives in cross‑functional environments
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure insights for decision‑making
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering executive‑level presentations
  • Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguous or fast‑changing contexts
  • Fluency in English
