Job Responsibility:

  • Onboard and train new customers across the UK, ensuring a smooth start with eShepherd™
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to optimise virtual fencing systems
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to livestock producers
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and upselling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer insights and drive product improvements
  • Occasionally travel to farms and events across the UK to support customers in person

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • additional European languages (e.g. Welsh, Polish, Romanian) are a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
  • Background in agriculture, business, or technology (degree preferred)
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or sales - ideally in AgTech or a startup environment
  • Proactive mindset and genuine desire to help farmers succeed
  • Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally
