Financially solid agronomy operation in north central Iowa is looking for an experienced and aggressive sales agronomist to join their team! Great communication skills is vital as well as a strong agronomic understanding of crops, chemicals, fertilizer and seed. Pay will be right and based on experience, includes a strong salary with bonus potential, full benefits, truck + phone. An experienced sales agronomist with incentive can make $100-150k+!   • Demonstrate effective cross-selling success achieving progressive customer share of wallet for multiple product lines. Apply CHS sales cycle leading to specific targeted results.
  • Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Service customer complaints and inquiries. Lead sales projects and act as a mentor to less experienced sales staff.
  • Develop knowledge of multiple products and apply this knowledge in all aspects of the job. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
