Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a qualified Agronomist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, driven professional with a passion for arable farming and strong advisory skills. If you're not yet fully qualified but have the right attitude, on-farm experience, and the potential to thrive in a technical advisory role, training and support can be provided.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Agrii’s experienced agronomy team to provide tailored advice and support to farmers
Use scientific insight and agronomic knowledge to enhance crop productivity and sustainability
Integrate new technologies, research, and innovations into practical on-farm solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, acting as a trusted adviser in their business

Requirements:

Strong background in agriculture, preferably with arable farming experience
BASIS and FACTS qualifications (or a clear commitment to working towards them)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
A full UK driving licence
