Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a qualified Agronomist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, driven professional with a passion for arable farming and strong advisory skills. If you're not yet fully qualified but have the right attitude, on-farm experience, and the potential to thrive in a technical advisory role, training and support can be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with Agrii’s experienced agronomy team to provide tailored advice and support to farmers
  • Use scientific insight and agronomic knowledge to enhance crop productivity and sustainability
  • Integrate new technologies, research, and innovations into practical on-farm solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, acting as a trusted adviser in their business

Requirements:

  • Strong background in agriculture, preferably with arable farming experience
  • BASIS and FACTS qualifications (or a clear commitment to working towards them)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving licence
