Significant experience in agricultural lending, agricultural banking leadership, or senior relationship management
Minimum of 8 years of related work industry experience
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related products

Job Responsibility

Originate, structure, underwrite, and close complex agricultural loan relationships
Establish and grow an agricultural lending presence in Woodward, Mooreland, or an approved Loan Production Office (LPO) where a team can be built
Manage a high-quality agricultural loan portfolio with a focus on credit quality, profitability, and long-term relationships
Build, lead, and mentor a team of 3-5 agricultural lending professionals
Serve as a trusted advisor to agricultural producers and agribusiness clients, understanding their operations, cash flow cycles, and long-term objectives
Work closely with executive leadership as part of a succession planning initiative for the agricultural lending function
Represent the bank in the agricultural community and maintain strong referral networks
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning for agricultural lending
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
