Job Responsibility

Respond to urgent maintenance and facility issues, coordinating with internal and external partners
Inspect buildings, equipment, and property to ensure safe, reliable operations
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on farm equipment, vehicles, irrigation systems, and small engines
Fabricate, weld, and modify equipment and infrastructure as needed
Maintain and repair farm structures, including buildings, hoop houses, fences, and gates
Manage parts inventory, including ordering and routine replacement
Support preventative maintenance planning to reduce downtime and costs
Provide recommendations and help prioritize maintenance work
