Agricultural Loan Officer

A well established $300 million community bank in Central Nebraska is seeking an experience Agricultural Loan Officer to join its team. This individual will inherit a portfolio up to $20 million, primarily consisting of row crop and cow-calf operations, while working alongside a senior lender and mentoring a junior lender. This position will have a potential lending authority up to $300,000. This role offers the opportunity to maintain and grow an already strong portfolio while deepening relationships within the agricultural community. The bank is seeking someone with a passion for community involvement. This location is situated close to Sherman Reservoir for anyone that enjoys camping or boating.
