Job Description:

Our client is a leading renowned Institution in the region with wide range of high quality mixed-use commercial and hospitality portfolios. They develop, own and operate high-end complex offices, commercial portfolios and serviced apartment in the region. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader with sound track record of managing building works (OPEX and CAPEX) to join their well-established team.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic leadership to manage a large in-house team to ensure smooth facility operations, managing end-to-end building engineering works, including but not limited to building maintenance project works covering planned maintenance, AA&I projects, exterior building works and P&D
Closely liaise with project department to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree holder in Building Surveying or equivalent
Around 15 years’ relevant experience in facility operation & maintenance with sound track record as senior leadership position in a sizeable company
Excellent leadership skills with sound track record of leading a sizeable mission critical facilities portfolios
Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
MHKIS/ MRICS Holder
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
