Job Description:

Central Pre-Mix Concrete currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Rigid (HR) licenced Driver to join our fleet of Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers. If you are seeking an opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team where your contribution will be valued, then this is the job for you. In this position you will meet a diverse range of customers, and no two days will be the same. As an Agitator Driver, you will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently. If you already hold a HR licence, we can provide training in all facets of being an Agitator Driver and pre-mixed concrete delivery, offering a great opportunity to gain specialised driving experience in a secure and growing industry. This opportunity will suit you if you are focused on delivering excellent customer service and are committed to health and safety. You will also be flexible, approachable, and take pride in doing a good job.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver concrete to clients' sites
  • Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
  • Complete basic documentation
  • Develop positive customer relationships
  • Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition
  • Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements

Requirements:

  • Essential - hold a current HR drivers licence and be able to provide a driver’s licence history check
  • Current white card
  • Have a positive work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work self-directed
  • Be a reliable team player with a focus on excellent customer service
