Job Description:

Swan Materials is hiring full-time, permanent HR-licensed drivers to join our agitator fleet at Quinns Rocks. As an Agitator Driver, you’ll safely deliver quality concrete to various sites, ensuring each load meets specifications and arrives on time. You’ll maintain your vehicle, complete daily checks, report issues via our digital system, and support site housekeeping. Safety is a priority, and your commitment will help protect our team, customers, and community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely operate agitator trucks following all road and company rules
  • Verify delivery instructions and ensure correct mix and site delivery
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections, report defects, and keep the truck clean
  • Communicate effectively with site teams for smooth deliveries
  • Maintain safety standards and support a hazard-free workplace

Requirements:

  • WA HR Driver’s Licence
  • Commercial Driver’s Medical
  • current White Card
  • Experience driving HR vehicles
  • Knowledge of concrete products and delivery standards preferred
  • Good understanding of Perth metro area and efficient route planning
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus
