Demonstrated experience in inclusion and diversity, safeguarding, or reconciliation program delivery within a complex organisation

Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills across all organisational levels

Job Responsibility

Lead organisation-wide initiatives that foster respect, belonging, and cultural safety

Work closely with internal committees, senior leaders, and external partners

Minimum age of 21 years
Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist License
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional Nail Technician, preferably in a luxury resort or spa setting
Proficiency in both classic and contemporary nail techniques, including gel, dip, and spa treatments
Previous experience working in a similar hotel, resort or luxury nail spa setting
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Responsibility
