This role will support a portfolio of cross-functional product teams and play a critical role in scaling Agile practices beyond the team level. This position goes beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities and focuses heavily on coaching leaders, connecting Agile practices to product performance, and enabling transformation at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Influence and coach across multiple cross-functional product teams (5–12 teams per area product)
Provide coaching above the team level, including Business and Technology leaders
Drive standardization of Agile practices across teams while allowing for appropriate flexibility
Connect Agile methodologies directly to business outcomes, product delivery, and operational performance
Use data analytics and agility metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement short- and mid-term transformation plans aligned to quarterly objectives
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and promote buy-in across complex organizational structures
Collaborate with other Agile leaders to scale solutions across multiple product areas
Communicate organizational impediments to senior leadership and recommend actionable solutions
Contribute to the evolution of Lean/Agile best practices, policies, and frameworks
Requirements:
5+ years of experience coaching teams and leaders on Agile methodologies
Experience coaching beyond the team level (not limited to Scrum Master responsibilities)
Demonstrated expertise in Lean and Agile transformation initiatives
