Job Description:

NTT DATA is seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to accelerate a transition from a traditional Waterfall SDLC approach to a modern delivery model incorporating Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices. This role will champion Agile adoption and enable measurable outcomes by coaching, guiding, and empowering self-directed application development teams. The Agile Transformation Coach will partner with stakeholders at all levels, remove barriers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile coaching, training, or Agile team leadership
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Kanban practices and implementation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, and relevant plug‑ins)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps experience, including test‑driven development, unit testing, trunk‑based development, and source‑control configuration
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Suitability Determination

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience coaching and training teams in Git source control, dashboard design and development, automated testing concepts, and continuous delivery practices
  • Experience working across multiple departments to coordinate and support the orderly execution of strategy and direction
  • Experience presenting and advocating for the benefits of Agile ways of working and a DevOps culture to diverse audiences
  • Experience evaluating, experimenting with, and adopting emerging technologies, and sharing insights with others
  • Exceptional organizing and planning skills to manage and oversee project deliverables
