Job Responsibility:

Drive end-to-end Agile delivery across one or more cross-functional teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on outcomes
Partner closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define user stories, and ensure clear acceptance criteria
Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery health—stepping in quickly to resolve risks and blockers
Manage delivery scope, timelines, and resource alignment across initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Promote Agile best practices while adapting processes to fit team and organizational needs
Support quality delivery through collaboration on testing strategy, defect management, and continuous improvement
Foster a high-performing team environment by coaching, mentoring, and resolving conflicts

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Project Manager in a delivery-focused environment
Ability to manage multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously
Hands-on experience with backlog management, user stories, and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Experience balancing technical teams and business stakeholders
Comfortable owning both Agile facilitation and traditional project tracking responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Nice to have:

Background in Business Analysis or QA/Testing
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
Exposure to data, system integration, or cloud-based projects
Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent)
