Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master with experience in Agile Transformation to lead positive change. This role requires an individual who brings insight, past experience, knowledge, and technical acumen to the team. As a technical project manager, you will be critical in ensuring development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings, and eliminating impediments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion and embody the Agile way-of-life across development teams
  • Encourage and support iterative and collaborative development
  • Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
  • Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
  • Monitor progress and performance, helping teams to make improvements
  • Conduct Sprint Planning and organize demos and product/system testing
  • Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team
  • Track project processes, deliverables, and releases
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
  • Hands-on knowledge of Jira and AI tools such as Co-Pilot
