Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written) at all levels
  • Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc)
  • Working experience on Agile project management tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc)
  • Engg Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years of total experience out of which minimum of 3+ years as Scrum Master

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and experience in working with the SAFe & Agile framework
  • Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management
  • Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management
  • Knowledge in all or several of the following: In software development (Python, JavaScript, ASP, C#, HTML5...)
  • Data storage Technologies (SQL, . Net, NoSQL (Neo4J, Neptune), S3, AWS (Redshift) )
  • Web development technologies and frameworks (e.g. Angular, AngularJS, ReactJS…)
  • DevOps methodologies and practices
