Job Description:

Agile Scrum Master Technical Lead position at Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe with 50,000 employees in nearly 30 countries, helping clients drive their digital transformation and obtain tangible and sustainable benefits.

Requirements:

Engg Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years of total experience
Minimum 3+ years as Scrum Master
Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written) at all levels
Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc)
Knowledge and experience in working with the SAFe framework
Working experience on Agile project management tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc)
Knowledge in software development (Python, JavaScript, ASP, C#, HTML5)
Knowledge in data storage technologies (SQL, .Net, NoSQL (Neo4J, Neptune), S3, AWS (Redshift))
Knowledge in web development technologies and frameworks (Angular, AngularJS, ReactJS)

Nice to have:

Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management
Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management
DevOps methodologies and practices
