Scrum Master for Radar Teams; Help shape the future of mobility.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies​- The Scrum Master leads daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned
  • Coaching and Continuous Improvement​- Coaches teams on Agile principles to improve delivery velocity and foster a culture of continual improvement
  • Removing Impediments​ - Removes obstacles and shields the team from distractions to ensure smooth progress of work
  • Agile Metrics and Best Practices​ - Monitors velocity, cycle time, and promotes engineering best practices like Definition of Done and CI/CD adoption
  • Planning and Progress Tracking​- Create and maintain detailed delivery plans and track progress against milestones effectively
  • Communication and Governance​- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders through structured reporting and meetings
  • Resource and Compliance Management​-Plan resources and coordinate vendors while ensuring compliance and audit readiness with proper documentation

Requirements

  • A graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics)
  • An experience of 5-8 years in Automotive
  • Candidates need 5-8 years of experience, including 3 years as Scrum Master and 2-4 years in project or hybrid roles
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks with proven ability to improve team performance and delivery predictability
  • Communication and Technical Skills-Excellent Communication for stakeholder management and technical literacy for collaboration on coding Standards, CI/CD, and infrastructure
  • Tool Proficiency-Proficient with tools like Jira, easybi, Polarion to manage boards, workflows, and dashboards effectively
  • Certifications like CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP, and PSPO (Awareness) and project management expertise
  • Scaled Agile Experience in scaled Agile settings and knowledge of PI planning and Agile Release Trains improves team coordination
  • Domain expertise in Automotive – added advantage
  • Experience in managing distributed teams and collaborating globally
