Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for assigned teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
  • Maintain well-defined, prioritized, and sprint-ready backlogs in Azure DevOps in collaboration with Product Owners
  • Ensure sprint commitments are clear, measurable, and achievable
  • Track and communicate sprint progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and follow-through on improvements
  • Support coordination across multiple product teams to manage dependencies and delivery alignment
  • Promote and reinforce Agile best practices and team accountability
  • Provide visibility into team capacity, velocity, and delivery predictability

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience functioning as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in a delivery environment
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (Boards, backlogs, sprint tracking)
  • Experience managing and maintaining Agile backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent Agile certification
  • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master)
