Agile Project Lead

• Lead and manage multiple parallel projects, from understanding customer requirements to final delivery
• Define and maintain backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns
• Develop project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and priorities
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for engineering teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams & leads — Product, Development, QA - to unblock progress and maintain alignment
• Participate in weekly customer meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Maintain accurate and updated JIRA boards reflecting all tasks, progress, dependencies, and defects
• Prepare and deliver periodic project reports covering metrics, risks, quality insights, and milestone completion
• Ensure consistent adherence to Agile best practices and internal delivery processes
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or delays
• Ensure efficient collaboration across teams to support testing cycles and production readiness
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and delivery predictability

• CSPO or PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Mid-senior professional with experience leading projects in an Agile environment
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
• Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environments
• Passionate about helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes

CSPO or PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
