Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for an Agile Program Manager with a major corporation in Burbank, CA. Duration: 9+ month(s).

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the management, coordination, and completion of projects
  • Oversees all aspects of projects
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • Leads and directs the work of others

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years Program/Portfolio management background (comfortable with cross-functional complexity)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills
  • Understands data and performance measurement concepts
  • Strong Agile experience (scrum-of-scrums, dependency management, incremental planning)
  • Strong communicator
  • Tech fluent — comfortable working in Jira, Airtable, Power BI, and Snowflake dashboards
  • Ideally operates one step ahead, anticipating collisions and surfacing decisions early
  • One or more of the following certifications or relevant experience: SAFe Agilist (SA)/Program Consultant (SPC), Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM), PMI-ACP
  • BS in Business Analytics, BIS/MIS, Business Tech Mgmt.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting OKR frameworks or enterprise performance management
  • Background or experience supporting transformative programs
  • Program Manager who is well versed in agile
  • Will be very heavy data driven – data metrics, data analytics, visualization, must be strong in Data Management
  • This is a transformational Program Manager
  • Transformation experience will be helpful, having large scale transformation experience over changes to handle business differently/new ways of working is what is needed
  • Change management experience is helpful
  • More technical than business – having been a Tech PM is preferred, SDLC is not needed, as it is data driven
