Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner to lead the adoption and implementation of agile principles, frameworks, and practices across complex projects. This role involves acting as a Scrum Master, coaching teams, and ensuring effective delivery through collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Take end-to-end ownership of establishing agile values, methods, principles, and practices for project delivery
  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Organise and lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices to ensure consistency across workstreams
  • Ensure correct setup and usage of tools, maintaining accurate documentation for every sprint
  • Manage stakeholder and vendor interfaces, reporting on progress and risks promptly
  • Raise risks proactively and seek support when required
