Job Description

Join Vodafone’s Cyber Prevent team and help shape the future of secured telco and network infrastructure. As an Agile Delivery Manager in the Endpoint team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering AV & EDR solutions to integrate into Vodafone’s vast telco and network infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help create a holistic approach for security tooling in unique environments, and embed a DevSecOps approach that proactively reduces cyber risk. Your mission will be to continually reduce risk by leading the strategic proof of concept and delivery streams of AV & EDR coverage and compliance in emerging unique environments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Cyber Strategy, Cyber Defence, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Risk Management to integrate these AV & EDR security controls and services with our existing processes. You’ll also contribute to control compliance reporting, and act as a visible ambassador for Vodafone’s Cyber Code and security best practices. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where your delivery, leadership and communication skills will help drive meaningful change across Vodafone’s global cloud infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

Lead the strategic proof of concept and delivery streams of AV & EDR coverage and compliance in emerging unique environments
Collaborate with stakeholders across Cyber Strategy, Cyber Defence, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Risk Management to integrate AV & EDR security controls and services with existing processes
Contribute to control compliance reporting
Act as a visible ambassador for Vodafone’s Cyber Code and security best practices

Requirements

Bachelor/ Master's Degree in related field
Proven experience in similar roles
Proven track record of delivering complex projects, ideally with a security focus, on time and to budget whilst managing quality and scope objectives
Familiarity with security controls (especially endpoint detection and response and anti-malware), their implementation, policy design and reporting requirements
A DevOps and risk-based approach mindset
Strong knowledge of SAFe/agile delivery practices, including PI planning, dependency management, forecasting and delivery reporting
Potential to coach would be a bonus
Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Able to turn delivery data into clear insight for stakeholders and leadership
Experience using delivery tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jira/Confluence) to manage backlog, track delivery and report progress
A proactive and personable approach to stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in telco and network environment, such as CNF, VNF and PNFs
Fluency in English
