Job Description:

We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our Content Supply Technology team. Agile professionals across ITV are accountable for helping to validate whether we are working on the right goals in the right way, or whether we might benefit from pivoting in a different direction. Our Agile Delivery Managers help achieve this through coaching multiple teams toward effective planning and predictable, iterative delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work hands-on with multiple teams to champion the adoption of agile values, principles and good practices
  • Help build trust and transparency within teams by promoting a collaborative and communicative environment
  • Champion an agile mindset to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate team and cross-team events
  • Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure transparent goals and priorities
  • Identify and help remove impediments
  • Contribute towards ITV’s Agile Delivery community, sharing knowledge and experiences to help build capabilities across the organisation
  • Leverage tools like Jira to help teams plan, coordinate and optimise flow

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience across Scrum Master and/or Agile Delivery Manager positions
  • Well-versed in building trust and coaching teams toward self-management and cross-functional behaviours
  • Interest and understanding of various agile frameworks, methods and good practices
  • Capable of managing work and dependencies across internal and external partner teams
  • Experience of using empiricism to drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting and predictability
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder demands
