We are now looking for a senior Agile Delivery Lead in Procurement Development (IKEA Supply) that will support our digital development teams to be the best they can be! In the role as Agile Delivery Lead (outside Inter IKEA known as Scrum Master/ A), you will lead, coach, motivate and influence teams and individual team members in a complex and sometimes challenging environment where we strive to find simple and efficient solutions to complex challenges for IKEA.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, motivate and influence teams and individual team members
Be responsible for the adoption of lean and agile principles
Facilitate and coach agile ways of working in an environment of transformation
Facilitate collaboration and alignment between teams to secure engagement around shared business objectives
Coach and mentor more junior Agile Delivery Leads
Contribute to improving our agile maturity and practices as a capability area in totality
Continuously improve and shape the agile approach to suit the team and context
Coach and empower several digital product teams to work smarter, collaborate better, and deliver value with clarity and flow
Guide teams and leaders in agile principles, ways of working and continuous improvement
Remove obstacles, improve team dynamics, and connect the dots across products and platforms
Support more junior Agile Delivery Leads and help mature our agile capability area
Make work visible, build trust, and create momentum
Requirements:
Experienced agile leader (10+ years) who knows how to navigate complexity with calm, curiosity and confidence
Skilled in coaching teams, leaders, and product people in a digital product environment
Great at building relationships across cultures, levels and competencies
Energized by simplifying ways of working and turning challenges into opportunities to learn
Knowledgeable of IT/Software development practices and execution
Experienced in digital product-oriented approach in a large international company
Excellent in stakeholder management and communication
Passion for how to work and create value in agile teams
Energy to simplify ways of working
