Agile Delivery Lead

• Work with multiple digital product teams to improve efficiency and create prerequisites for high performance
• Drive and facilitate execution of sprint activities including team events
• Help teams deliver value efficiently, smoothly and with high quality by removing obstacles
• Work with Digital Product Leaders to organize backlog and break down work
• Facilitate continuous improvements in ways of working including promoting self-organization, improving workflows and collaboration
• Champion product operating model and mindset
• Provide regular updates on sprint progress, dependencies and risks to stakeholders
• Develop and follow up outcome-based deliveries (e.g., OKR's) and track KPI's related to the team

• Background in digital product management
• Experience working with market communications considered an advantage
• Solid knowledge and experience of leading cross functional digital product teams
• Experience working with multiple digital product teams at the same time
• Proven experience working in agile environments (Kanban, Scrum)
• Scrum master certification preferred
• Good understanding of successful software development practices
• Ability to apply product mindset in day-to-day operations
• Comfort operating in complex, dynamic, diverse, and global business environment
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from different functions
• Knowledge in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Power BI and Office 365
