Job Description:

IKEA Supply Chain Development is hiring an Agile Delivery Lead in the Supply Platform Area team. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ways of working, coaching teams, and fostering collaboration to deliver business value. The role is located in Älmhult, Sweden and offers opportunities for career growth in a global, transformative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the adoption of lean and agile principles
provide coaching, guidance, and training for teams and leaders
facilitate collaboration and alignment between teams
coach and mentor to mitigate and resolve dependencies in multi-team deliveries
identify and diagnose issues in the team’s way of working
track and use empirical data to produce measures and ensure continuous improvement
educate team members to contribute to becoming a high performing team
provide transparency and visibility on team’s activity/progress
support the team in maintaining psychological safety and healthy work/life balance

Requirements:

Experience of working in agile teams
expert level of understanding of lean and agile development practices and ways of working
extensive knowledge of group dynamics, servant leadership, and empowered teams
extensive knowledge of the psychology of teams and group dynamics
good knowledge of product-orientation approach
good knowledge of agile frameworks
good knowledge of software development practices and execution
good knowledge of stakeholder management and communication techniques
