Job Responsibility

Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and best practices
Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project delivery
Collaborate with the Product Owner(s) to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Liaisons between Business Product Owner(s) and Technology Development team(s)
Leads business requirement discussions based on priority set by the Product Owner
manage capture of materials and documentation as needed by the team to support successful delivery
Supports and coordinates User Acceptance testing
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and process refinement
