Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support major Salesforce migration initiatives. This is more than a facilitator role—the ideal candidate is a proactive Agile leader who can mentor multiple teams, drive delivery, and ensure business processes and use cases are clearly understood and executed effectively. This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile enterprise projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead 4–5 cross-functional teams (CRM, EDW, Integration, ERP) supporting Salesforce migrations
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews
  • Track metrics and progress: build and maintain JIRA boards, monitor KPIs, and report on team performance
  • Drive initiatives forward: identify blockers, escalate risks, and maintain project momentum
  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile best practices and collaboration
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure use cases, workflows, and Salesforce requirements are fully understood and implemented
  • Support knowledge transfer and onboarding for new team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile leadership experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting Salesforce migrations or large-scale implementations
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, hybrid
  • Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proactive, independent, and able to mentor teams effectively

Nice to have:

  • Local to Atlanta, GA preferred
  • Experience mentoring multiple teams across complex enterprise projects
  • Familiarity with PMO practices and governance frameworks
  • Consulting or enterprise IT delivery experience (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture) a plus
