Agile Delivery Lead for PLM

• Be responsible for the digital product team's efficiency and creating prerequisites for a high performing team
• Drive and facilitate the execution of sprint activities including team events
• Help the team deliver value efficiently by removing obstacles
• Work with Digital Product Leader to organize the backlog and break down work
• Facilitate continuous improvements in ways of working
• Be a champion for the product operating model
• Provide regular updates on sprint progress, dependencies and risks to stakeholders
• Develop and follow up outcome-based deliveries and track KPIs

• Background in digital project and product management
• Solid knowledge and experience of leading cross functional digital product teams
• Proven experience working in agile environments (Kanban, Scrum)
• Scrum master certification preferred
• Good understanding of successful software development practices
• Comfortable in a complex, dynamic, diverse business environment
• Strong communicator and able to manage stakeholders from different functions
• Knowledge in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Power BI and Office 365
• Working Knowledge of PTC PLM Products such as Windchill, RV&S, Thingworx
• Engineering Knowledge of Product Design, Requirement Engineering
