Job Description:

My global Online E-Commerce client is looking for an agile coach to help standardise their agile processes across their business as they embark on agile baseline standardisation programme. The successful agile coach must be able to deliver agile coaching and training to a a variety of product and engineering teams containing of a variety of end users (BAs, engineers, managers, software developers etc). The role is based out of Manchester and we have multiple positions available, so this is an excellent opportunity to secure some contract work to start ASAP.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver agile coaching and training to a variety of product and engineering teams
  • Help standardise agile processes across the business as part of an agile baseline standardisation programme

Requirements:

  • Background in delivering agile coaching in product/engineering areas
  • Strong people skills
  • Around 5 years+ of delivering agile coaching/training
  • Ability to hit the ground running whilst working collaboratively
