Job Description:

The Agile Coach is a strategic professional who develops IT work plans, interfaces with senior project staff, oversees process improvements, and contributes towards achieving business objectives. The role requires significant business impact understanding, risk assessment, compliance adherence, and advanced communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules
interfaces with senior project staff
recommends and oversees process improvements
provides expertise in IT project leadership
impacts strategic functional decisions through advice
acts as advisor or coach to new analysts
provides in-depth analysis with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
developed communication and diplomacy skills
considerable business impact understanding
ability to assess risk and adherence to compliance.
