As an Agile Coach at Vodafone, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our Agile transformation across multiple business units. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to champion cultural change, standardise Scrum practices, and create an environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive. You’ll design and execute a clear roadmap for Agile adoption, tailored to our organisational maturity and strategic goals. Working closely with department heads and leadership teams, you’ll ensure consistent application of Agile frameworks and foster transparency, trust, and alignment across the business. Your role will involve creating and rolling out standardised Agile processes, ceremonies, and roles to ensure efficiency and governance. You’ll establish clear metrics, reporting structures, and feedback loops to measure success and sustain progress. As a mentor and coach, you’ll guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leaders, helping them embrace Agile principles and build capability for self-organisation. You’ll assess Agile maturity across departments, provide actionable improvement plans, and remove obstacles that hinder adoption—whether they’re process, mindset, or cultural barriers. You’ll also engage stakeholders at every level, building strong relationships to secure buy-in and drive transformation at scale. Collaborating with HR and other teams, you’ll ensure our Agile culture is supported by policies and practices that enable long-term success.
