Job Description:

IMC is the global in-house agency for the IKEA brand, responsible for planning and developing marketing communication for all IKEA markets across the world. The role of an Agile Coach at IKEA Marketing & Communication AB involves enabling agile teams, providing coaching, and driving continuous improvement to create synergies in technology and communication.

Job Responsibility:

Provide coaching, guidance and training in order to adopt, implement and improve agile principles and ways of working
Coordinate the implementation of necessary prerequisites and collaborate in establishing OKRs that will support our strategic goals
Support the continuous improvement of ways of working in coordination with Inter IKEA
Ensure collaboration and alignment across teams in order to secure engagement and quality around shared business value
Promote benefits of agile methodology and use metrics to enhance team performance
Educate and help stakeholders of the area / team to understand how they can contribute and lead the change

Requirements:

Experience from agile & product way of working and methodologies
Ability to work both on a strategic, tactical and operational level
Leadership experience and how to create collaboration, empowering people and teams
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of change management, work collaboratively and a problem solver
Extensive knowledge of servant leadership, empowering people and teams
Extensive knowledge of the psychology of teams and group dynamics

Nice to have:

Passion for digital transformation
Curiosity and the ability to build relationships
