Job Description

You will be hired as an Agile Coach for the 4flow software business line. You will be part of an experienced agile coaching team that supports and learns with and from each other. We are highly autonomous drivers of agile change within and throughout the organization, with both operational and strategic responsibilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive and support the adoption of agile principles across teams and stakeholders
  • Coach leaders and teams to apply agile ways of working effectively
  • Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and clear outcomes
  • Foster collaboration and transparency across teams and stakeholder groups
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, goals, and product direction
  • Support conflict resolution and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Provide visibility on progress, risks, and team performance through relevant metrics
  • Promote continuous improvement by incorporating stakeholder feedback

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • Sound knowledge and experience with various Agile Methodologies, Lean, Scaled Agile (Team topologies, Cross-Team collaboration)
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and training skills, ideally for various audiences (teams, management, executives, etc.)
  • Very good English skills to communicate confidently with our international colleagues

Nice to have

Certification for Coaching/Trainer/Facilitator is a plus
