Job Description:

Work as an agile business analyst and take on scrum master responsibilities. Collaborate with fun, awesome development teams in a fully remote environment (for Iowa residents). This salaried position offers up to $105K and exceptional benefits. The role requires strong expertise in web applications, agile project development, and the ability to make product suggestions. Some experience managing/coordinating projects and managing the full software development life cycle is required.

Job Responsibility:

coordinate agile development processes
work closely with developers on web-based applications
act as a pseudo product manager
gather business and technical requirements
lead stand-ups, kick-offs, deliverables, and retrospectives
manage projects across the full software development life cycle

Requirements:

Iowa resident
experience gathering business and technical requirements on complex technical and software/web applications development projects
agile project development experience
strong analytical skills
must have experience with web applications and the ability to make suggestions on what the business is looking for
experience working with web applications and/or web APIs
light scrum master experience (leading stand-ups, kick-offs, deliverables, and retrospectives)
some experience managing/coordinating projects
experience working on projects during full software development life cycle
experience working with developers and making suggestions on projects and applications
experience working with JIRA, Confluence
understanding of the testing process and ability to write test plans (plus)
ability to become a SME on the business and web applications
