Job Description

monday CRM is the fastest-growing CRM on the market. With over 50,000 customers, we've built a platform that revenue teams trust. AI is now changing what CRM can do, and we're building the partner ecosystem to scale that capability. Our CRM partners are at the center of that shift. They're building repeatable, billable AI services practices on top of monday CRM, and this role exists to help them get there. You'll work directly with partners to help them price, package, and deliver agentic services to their customers. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how agentic systems work well enough to guide a partner through building one. You'll coordinate with monday's Partner Project Management and Professional Services teams to move partners from concept to live delivery. Success is measured by partner outcomes: agencies with a live agentic services offering, customers running agentic workflows on monday CRM, and a growing library of repeatable delivery assets the broader ecosystem can use. Day to day, you're running enablement sessions with agency principals and delivery leads, reviewing partner proposals, co-delivering early implementations alongside the PPM team, and building the playbooks that make the next 10 partners faster than the first 3.

Job Responsibility

  • Help CRM partners design, price, and package repeatable, billable AI and agentic service offerings
  • Serve as a technical advisor to partners building and delivering agentic systems, from concept through live delivery
  • Run workshops with agency principals to align their service models with monday's AI capabilities
  • Review and refine partner build proposals to ensure agentic workflows are technically sound and deliverable
  • Work with internal Project Management and Professional Services teams to support early-stage implementations and drive customer success
  • Build the playbooks and delivery materials that standardize agentic services across the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the sales and marketing agency model, including how agencies price, package, and sell professional services
  • Strong conceptual grasp of agentic systems and AI workflows. You should be able to architect a solution and guide a partner through delivery, even if you're not writing the code
  • Demonstrated experience helping partners or clients build billable practices around new or emerging technologies.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and benefit package
  • Bonus potential
  • Eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award winning work environment - named a "Best Place to Work" by BuiltIn as well as "Great Place To Work" certified
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo and Tokyo
