As an Agentic Implementation Manager at Botpress, you'll be a key member of our Delivery team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their implementation journey. You'll join early discovery calls to understand client needs, scope solutions with confidence, and coordinate with Solutions Architects who handle the builds. You'll develop deep enough platform expertise to run demos, create proof of concepts, and speak credibly about what's possible. Once live, you'll maintain relationships through regular strategy calls, ensuring customers continue getting value from the platform. You'll also support broader Delivery team initiatives, including lending a hand on enterprise engagements when needed. You'll be the connective tissue between what customers need and what the platform can deliver. Your job is to make clients feel supported, keep implementations moving, and ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into long-term success. It's a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll often be the difference between a good experience and a great one. This isn't just any delivery role. It's AI. You'll be working on smart, cutting-edge projects where every implementation is a bit different, and you'll play a central role in helping customers get real value from the platform.
Job Responsibility:
Lead scoping and discovery calls with clients to understand business goals and translate them into bot requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement
Develop platform expertise to confidently run demos, create proof of concepts, and advise on what's possible
Coordinate with Solutions Architects on implementations, ensuring clear handoffs and client alignment
Manage client communication, expectations, and status updates throughout the implementation lifecycle
Maintain HubSpot pipeline accuracy by tracking services stages, client information, and project status
Conduct regular strategy calls with clients to review performance, recommend improvements, and identify expansion opportunities
Support enterprise engagements alongside the broader Delivery team as needed
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in implementation management, customer success, or client-facing consulting within a software or SaaS environment
Comfortable learning technical platforms deeply (you don't need to be a developer, but you can hold your own in technical conversations)
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client calls, set expectations, and build trusted relationships
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Technical curiosity: you enjoy understanding how things work and can speak confidently about platform capabilities
A proactive, client-first approach with a bias for action and follow-through
Nice to have:
Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or automation platforms
Experience in Project Management
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and low-code tools
Background in professional services, onboarding, or managed services delivery
HubSpot or CRM experience
