As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be at the heart of the product development lifecycle. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and deploying complex AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying complex AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous execution
  • Work toward a critical year-end product launch
  • Direct, transparent collaboration with senior founders
  • Use LLMs and GenAI tools to accelerate your own coding output
  • Move AI beyond 'chat' into 'action', creating agents that can navigate complex workflows with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in software engineering, with a significant portfolio of building and deploying AI agents (AutoGPT, BabyAGI, LangGraph, or custom orchestration frameworks) in production
  • Experience taking a product from a local PoC to a scalable, live environment
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Expert level in Python and frameworks like LangChain
  • Deep understanding of GPT-4, Claude 3.5, and open-source models (Llama, Mistral), including fine-tuning and RAG optimization
  • Ability to design tool-use (function calling), memory management, and self-correction loops for agents
  • Mastery of tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to maintain high velocity
  • Exceptional communication skills and the 'agentic' personality trait—proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving oriented
