Job Description

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, we are looking for an experienced SOC Agentic AI Engineer.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement a secure, scalable platform for agentic AI systems
  • Support multiple LLM backends (hosted, self-hosted, hybrid)
  • Develop agent frameworks including planning/execution loops, memory, and tool use
  • Implement MCP/tooling integrations with standardized interfaces
  • Ensure enterprise-grade architecture: multi-tenancy, RBAC/ABAC, audit logs, telemetry, secrets management, and high availability
  • Build reusable components: tool registry, agent templates, policy frameworks, and deployment patterns
  • Create evaluation and regression pipelines for agent performance, safety, and reliability

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering experience in production backend or distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience building LLM or agent-based systems (orchestration, tool use, memory/state management, evaluation, monitoring)
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java
  • Solid understanding of security operations, including incident response, detection engineering, and threat hunting
  • Experience working with SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, ticketing systems, cloud logging platforms, threat intelligence systems)
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Strong security mindset (least privilege, secure coding, secrets management, auditability)
  • Experience with observability tools (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards)
  • Ability to design systems for production reliability and operational scale
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
